The Kestrel TSCM ® Professional Software is specifically designed to support a wide range of search receivers and spectrum analyzers for a variety of professional applications.
Our single, dual and multiple receiver and analyzer integration profiles, oftentimes will allow the operator to continue utilizing the equipment resources currently available. The Kestrel TSCM ® Professional Software architecture is specifically designed to operate from DC to 325 GHz and is fully scalable to work with virtually all available SDR receiver technology.
The availability of an API and IQ streaming capability, our proprietary Communication Interface Protocol (CIP), provides a technical solution for all budgets, and threat technology requirements.
The Kestrel TSCM ® Professional Software | Signals Intelligence Support System, is ideal for a variety of technical security, TSCM and SIGINT based signal search and analysis related assignments. RF direction finding, geo-location heat mapping, regulatory spectrum management, interference analysis, telecommunications, and many other user defined applications are supported.
Signal Hound (SP145) Spectrum Monitoring Receiver
Introducing the new Signal Hound SP145 Spectrum Analyzer and Monitoring Receiver, pending the highly anticipated release of this awesome new product. The SP145 is an ideal, new disruptive technology for TSCM and SIGINT based applications, an is well-suited for Kestrel UAV deployment. The radio is set to launch in the October or November timeframe based on the currently anticipated production schedule. If you would like to place advance orders for this product, we would recommend contacting us with your purchase order as soon as possible.
The SP145 is a high-speed, real-time spectrum analyzer and monitoring receiver. It tunes from 100 kHz to 14.5 GHz and can stream 61.44 million IQ samples per second at sweep speeds of 200 GHz per second. The radio is powered by a computer USB “C” connection making it an ideal resource for TSCM field applications.
This product will be fully supported by the Kestrel TSCM Professional Software and the Kestrel SIGINT Professional Software.

A Kestrel Support Profile (KSP) TM is available for the Signal Hound SM435B (100 kHz to 43.5 GHz) and SM200C SFP+ 10GbE Spectrum Monitoring Receivers running at 1 THz per second with a 160 MHz of instantaneous real-time bandwidth.

Signal Hound (BB60C) Spectrum Analyzer and RF Recorder
A Kestrel Support Profile (KSP) TM for the Signal Hound BB60C (9 kHz to 6 GHz) Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer and RF Recorder, running at up to 24 GHz per second with a 27 MHz of instantaneous real-time IF bandwidth.
The Signal Hound BB60C receiver is considered to be industry disruptive technology running at 24 GHz per second with a 10 kHz Resolution Bandwidth, via a USB 3.0 connection.
The Signal Hound BB60C Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer and RF Recorder places the Kestrel TSCM ® Professional Software in a class far beyond competitive systems at up to 7 to 10 times less expensive than other competitive systems.
Note: The BB60A is now beyond the intended manufacturing and operational life cycle and it is strongly recommended that the radio be replaced with BB60C hardware.

A Kestrel Support Profile (KSP) TM for the Signal Hound SA44B (1 Hz to 4.4 GHz) and the SA124B (100 kHz 12.4 GHz) Spectrum Analyzer and Measuring Receivers, running at up to 150 MHz per second with a 240 kHz of instantaneous real-time IF bandwidth.
NOTE: Please understand that although we fully support the Signal Hound SA44B and SA124B SDR hardware. These products do not provide a suitable platform for a standards-based modern threat environment for TSCM and it is recommended the operators replace or upgrade to the BB60C or pending release BB60D SDR hardware as the minimum technology level.

All Signal Hound products are designated as ECCN: 3A992.a and require a signed End-User Certificate (EUC) and a Restricted Denied Party Screening (RDPS) check and possibly other requirements as a condition of sale.
