Professional Development TSCM Group Inc., is please to announce that a new Kestrel TSCM Professional Software release is now available for immediate download as an air gap full installer or an automatic software installer (bridgehead) release at v1.46.4 with a number of feature enhancements, new features and functionality, bug fixes, and minor code changes. For those who have already installed the Bridgehead automatic software installer, simply open the software with a network connection and the software will automatically download the new files and update the software to v1.46.4 code. Full support for the Signal Hound SM435B to 44.2 GHz, and new support for the SM200C extending the real-time bandwidth to 165 MHz have been added. Support for the new Signal Hound BB60D is now implemented as a Kestrel Support Profile (KSP). Additional code-level efficiencies have been found and implemented relating to the deployment of multiple SM200xx radios. We have added Rx, location, latitude / longitude tag parameters to the recently implemented master file naming mechanism. We have added file naming capability to main CSV file exports, and added a new “update rate” control mechanism to the dimension geo-location heat mapping floor plan for the TCP and DTAP imaging. A next generation overhaul of the activity event schedule is also included in this release. Supplemental documentation has been added to the Technical Support Group (TSG) Resource Centre website. This new feature permits editing of the activity event schedule in a non-runtime state. We have added the ability to export / Import custom CSV schedules. We have found and fixed a condition specific crash where the AEC dialog window could fail on initialization. Corrected bandwidth tables for SM200xx and SM435B radio hardware. We have eliminated the potential for a code-level failure for the BB60, where narrow spans with wide RBW settings could cause an initialization issue. Increased upper limit for the SM200C IFBW to 165 MHz, TCP / DTAP and DSA icon colors are now harmonized, TCP auto locations now allow importation of CSV file into new projects files. We have added the ability to purge TCP auto locations that contain no data. Corrected an issue where the “quick add” spectra feature would use the same (last selected) SDR for all operator-defined spectra. The August 2022 edition of the Kestrel TSCM | SIGINT Newsletter is now available for download or on-line viewing.
