Introducing the Inspection Summary Checklist (ISC)

Introducing the Inspection Summary Checklist (ISC). We are pleased to announce that a powerful and long overdue TSCM feature has been implemented as a standard-included advanced capability within the Kestrel TSCM Professional Software application. Our new Inspection Summary Checklist (ISC) feature works in tandem with the powerful Operator Deployment Log (ODL) resource, or as an independent standalone deployment tool. The Kestrel Inspection Summary Checklist (ISC) is a fully operator managed, custom checklist builder. When invoked, the Inspection Summary Checklist (ISC) includes an auto update capability to log checklist completed entries as part of the runtime Operator Deployment Log (ODL). The ability to create any number and type of working checklists is supported. The technical operator can also build and maintain a series of checklist components that can be imported to build custom checklists on-the-fly to meet specific deployment requirements. This advanced resource provides a unique evidentiary method of properly documenting deployment requirements, meeting regulatory compliance, self-regulation, liability mitigation, and competency challenges. In a modern threat environment the importance of entire mission capture and documentation is fully supported by the Kestrel TSCM Professional Software. The ability to produce a customized multi-dimensional ISC that meets the requirements of a standards-based technical inspection at the fundamental deployment level is realized. The Inspection Summary Checklist (ISC) and Operational Deployment Log (ODL) are fully integrated at the project level to provide a measure of automation across the two (2) otherwise, independent features. The ISC resource can be customized and utilized across all types of operator defined inspection protocols at the project level, across a set of common industry protocols and unique proprietary inspection elements. The ISC can be deployed as a simply generic overview resource or can be used as a highly focused component-based deployment tool, with reference to the type of inspection conducted or available detection resources or the actual Scope of Work (SOW) requirement. The ISC Checklist Editor is utilized to create, load, import and manage multiple independent checklist components and supports the unique ability to combine multiple, previously operator-defined checklist elements into a single on-the-fly custom deployment checklist.
