Introducing the Kestrel Operator Deployment Log (ODL). Our software engineering group has hit another exciting milestone in the development history of the Kestrel TSCM Professional Software. We are pleased to introduce a powerful new Kestrel Operator Deployment Log (ODL) as a standard included feature. Our latest technology provides a means of documenting in real-time, every aspect of the mission from arrival on-site to operator departure from the facility. The Kestrel Operator Deployment Log (ODL) supports advanced date and time stamped entries across multiple operators and acts as a virtual digital assistant to capture mission data. The operator can use the Operator Deployment Log (ODL) as a live data entry resource to document all aspects of the assignment with as little or as much detail as maybe required. The Kestrel TSCM Professional Software is a professional level, standards-based software defined radio application, meeting the exacting evidentiary requirements for the capture, processing, documenting, logging and reporting of all significant mission critical reference data across the entire deployment workflow environment, as a powerful mission agnostic activity log. The ODL documentation process becomes part of the project file and is available during post review and analysis, report preparation and generation, or for use during future deployment. The ODL compiles all relevant observations as integrated project elements into a single, easily managed resource that can be exported as a TXT formatted file. The ODL tool supports manual operator entry as a standalone logging resource, and also uniquely accepts automatic entry input from the Inspection Summary Checklist (ISC) activity in real-time, when the ISC feature is deployed in parallel. This is powerful integration that provides an entirely new level of mission status validation and advanced operator situational awareness. The ODL allows the operator to meet uniquely specific deployment requirements, regulatory compliance, self-regulation, liability mitigation, and competency challenges, all of which are required in a standards-based TSCM approach as defined by the TSB 2000 (Technical) Standard.
