We are pleased to announce the release of Beta v1.42-22 (Drop File) for use with the v1.41-3 (Full Installer) of the Kestrel TSCM Professional Software. This maintenance release profiles stability and optimization across the application and includes a number of operator centric enhancements to the recently added tabbed menu layout. An OFD button has been added for the new Operator Frequency Database (OFD) feature. The overlay colour has also been changed to provide clarity between the Frequency Database (FDB) (Violet) and Operator Frequency Database (OFD) (Teal) overlay. This release also adds a new 3D Waterfall Display as an IF-FFT demodulation window option. We have also provided a new POI button to display the existing Probability of Intercept (POI) table during runtime within the ACTIVITY tab. We encourage all Kestrel TSCM Professional Software users to update to the latest v1.42-22DEV drop file. The TDSA button has now been moved to the OVERLAYS tab. Optimization of the memory and processor efficiency has been improved for the Waterfall Buffer Clear (WBC) button funcationality. This release adds a new screen capture tool for each of the demodulation FFT window displays and upon selecting the IMPORT CPM from CSV menu option, the software now points to the SETTINGS directory. It is recommended that the operator place a MASTER CPM folder in the settings directory for all CPM CSV files.
