We are pleased to announce the release of a new drop in executable file for use with the Kestrel TSCM Professional Software v1.41-1 (full Installer) version. This latest drop file release provides a minor bug fix for the Kestrel Wave Recorder (KWR) and adds improved NTSC Decoder filtering.
