Many professional technical operators conduct Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) assignments locally, nationally, and internationally. This often results in unfamiliarity with the ambient RF spectrum environment at the destination. With only a limited time-on-target the operator is at a significant disadvantage in understanding the local spectrum. The Global Spectrum Analysis Database (GSAD) was developed to provide Kestrel TSCM Professional Software operators with a powerful new ability to upload, download, import and export any number of Kestrel Reference Traces (KRT) when deployed to unfamiliar or first visit locations. GSAD is a shared technical operator resource contributed to be professional operators worldwide. GSAD is located within the password protected Technical Support Group (TSG) Resource Centre website and is expected to be fully enabled prior to the end of January 2021.
