We are pleased to announce that planning for CTSC 2022 is now underway! The Canadian Technical Security Conference (CTSC) has gained the distinction of being the longest running professional development event for Technical Security practitioners in Canada and enjoys a strong international following. The 15th Canadian Technical Security Conference (CTSC) was cancelled in 2019 and 2020 due to COVID travel restrictions and limitations for meetings and gatherings. The CTSC 2022 management group has selected April 26, 2022, April 27th, 2022, and April 28, 2022 as the dates for the 15th Canadian Technical Security Conference (CTSC). As event planning progresses, the official CTSC 2022 website will be updated with the latest news and information. The event will see a number COVID related protocols and safeguards implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of exhibitors, participants, speakers, guests, and venue staff. Notably, all attendees will be required to be fully vaccinated (unless medically except), masks may be required (local health regulations will apply at the time of the event), enhanced touch-point monitoring and real-time sanitization will be in place. Additional enhanced cleaning processes will also be implemented during the event. The significant benefits realized by attending this live event will be methodically balanced against health and safety concerns. The venue has not been selected at this early date and is expected to be announced no-later than November 01, 2021. Although, we are delaying registration payment until January 01, 2022, we encourage participants to register for CTSC 2022 at any time after October 01, 2021. No registration related payment will be required to be processed until after January 2022 for registered exhibitors, participants, and guests planning to attend the 15th Canadian Technical Security Conference (CTSC 2022). If you have questions about participating in CTSC 2022 as an exhibitor, participant, speaker, or guest, please visit the official CTSC 2022 website. The theme for CTSC 2022 will be “Defining the Challenges of a Modern Moving Target Threat Model: Exploiting the Advantages of a formal Technical and Cyber Security Program. A call for theme related speakers has been issued by the CTSC 2022 management group.
