I has been some time since we have released a new full installer version of the mighty Kestrel TSCM Professional Software application; now the leading innovation in TSCM specific software. This latest full installer release is now available for immediate download and use by all licensed technical operators. Our latest installer v1.42.0 includes all of the many new features that have been added to the software during the year in the form of Beta drop files. The first step in this generational upgrade is to completely uninstall the existing software and manually remove any Beta drop files and any old desktop shortcuts not removed by the uninstall process. Once the old software has been completely removed, restart the computer and run the v1.42.0 installer. We are very excited about the release of this latest version of the software given the awesome number of powerful new features and functionality updates, skillfully implemented across the application. Our development priorities continue to evolve based on the ever-changing global threat technology and environment. Perhaps the most significant addition to the software over the past number of months has been the Kestrel Learning Mode (KLM) capability with its ultra-fast Exceed Detect Model (EDM) and a powerful Burst Detect Model (BDM). The EDM and BDM functionality is the 3rd generation of evolving threat detection standards simply not found in competitive software. This powerful addition to the software provides the ability to combine ultra-fast generational exceedance detection in combination with a algorithmic burst detection model (BDM). The ability to visualize and capture channelized bursts across wideband communication signals, makes the Kestrel TSCM Professional Software the ideal detection platform for evolving 4G | LTE | 5G and other wireless communication standards. Phase II of the EDM and BDM capability will see additional feature and functionality integration across the software. Our development priority and focus now shifts to the implementation of our powerful Kestrel Central Visualizer (KCV) | Remote Radio Management (RRM) capability, and a new enterprise licensing model for government and military users. The KCV-RRM is expected to be fully implemented by the end of August 2021 along with several other powerful new feature announcements.
